T3 TUMBLING

Tumbling is a fun and creative way to improve balance, strength, agility, flexibility, body control, coordination, and self-confidence. Our tumbling classes teach each athlete beautiful technique by utilizing proper skill progression enabling them to achieve their full potential. Each class uses numerous, innovative, and specific drills, stretches, and exercises to strengthen and stretch individual and combined muscle groups needed to successfully complete beginner through advanced tumbling skills. Tumbling is not just for those that want to cheer, our classes help athletes gain numerous advantages that can be applied to other sports including football, soccer, softball, baseball, volleyball, dance, and other individual and team sports. For those who are not interested in team sports tumbling is a wonderful way to improve their overall strength, flexibility, and health. There are numerous classes offered so that athletes can find a class that caters to their specific needs and goals. This class will focus on higher level skills and continue to work on technique of all skills. Some of the skills this class focuses on are: back and front walkovers and variations of them, back and front handsprings, cartwheels, round offs, handstands, roll variations and combination skills.

Tumbling

This class is designed for kids who want to improve their existing skills and learn more advanced skills. The class will focus on developing strength and flexibility, as well as advanced skills such as back-handsprings, back-tucks, aerials, front-tucks, back-layouts, and more. The class will also incorporate flexibility and strength training.
