All-star cheer is a high energy, engaging, performance sport comprised of appropriate level tumbling, stunting, pyramids, and dance, combined in a two-and-a-half-minute routine. All-star teams compete against other competitive cheer programs locally, nationally, and internationally.

Athletes will learn how to work together for stunts and synchronization throughout the routine, while developing individual skills in tumbling and dance. Teamwork, dedication, perseverance, commitment, and communication are all life skills that our athletes learn throughout each season.

Our gym offers various levels and age-appropriate teams to include athletes ages 2-18 and 18 and up. Each athlete is placed on a team that is appropriate for their age and abilities. We want all athletes to enjoy the sport of competitive cheer while learning and progressing. Our coaches and staff are all trained to provide a safe and engaging environment that encourages athletes to work hard and still have fun.
